Questo festival si è svolto per tanti anni a Pordenone, in Italia, ma da poco si è spostato in una delle spiagge più cool della Spagna, poco a nord di Valencia. Il Rototom Sunsplash è un must dell’estate: sul palco si alternano reggae, dancehall, dub, roots, mercatini, workshop, spettacoli e tanto mare. Ideale per famiglie e molto divertente.

Fringe Festival
4-28 agosto
Indossa i tuoi abiti termici e lascia la spiaggia per un po’ per partecipare al famoso Fringe Festival, che quest’anno celebra il suo 70° anno. Nato nel 1947 quando otto compagnie teatrali furono scartate al più noto Festival Internazionale di Edinburgo e misero in scena le loro performance in modo indipendente “on the fringe”. Il Fringe Festival è oggi il più grande festival delle arti e della libertà creativa nel mondo. Centinaia di esibizioni, da grandi nomi ad artisti sconosciuti, per giorni e giorni di spettacoli di danza, teatro, commedia, circo, cabaret, eventi e tanto altro ancora.

Launched in 1947 when 8 theater groups were refused entry to the Edinburgh festival and so set up their performances on the “fringe.” The fringe festival is now the largest performance arts festival for creative freedom in the world. Hundreds of stages showcase anything from big names to unknown artists in dance, theater, comedy, circus, cabaret, exhibitions, events and more.
