Translation Project Manager

A translation project manager handles all steps in a language or translation project and is the main contact point between a client, the sales and operative teams and the international team of language experts. 

Responsibilities:

• Receive, manage, track, and deliver language and translation projects

• Planning, prioritizing, scheduling, resourcing

• Resource, work closely with, and motivate translators, reviewers, interpreters

• Build and maintain successful relationships with clients and language experts

• Track and update financial data, invoicing, and benchmarking

• Analyze client requirements & manage projects in accordance with strict QC

Qualifications:

• University degree

• Fluency in English (proficiency in multiple languages a plus)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

• Tech smart

• Strong time management skills

• Ability to multitask, set priorities, and coordinate complex projects

• Trouble shooting and problem solving skills

• Ability to manage stress

• Accuracy and precision manic

• Career oriented
